Lucia and her brother Ulf were raised in a tavern after their parents disappeared and their guardian died. On Ulf's eighteenth birthday he turns into a werewolf and is carried off by a witch, so Lucia sets out through a land ruled by witches to bring him home.

5 availableChapter 01The Yard of the Tavern
Lucia saddles her horse and follows the wagon that took Ulf towards the witch forest. On the way she frees a boy trapped in a pit, is led to a druid who knows the forest, and builds a protective torch so she can pass the creepers.
Chapter 02Pirate Ship
The ingredient hunt moves through a swamp to an abandoned pirate ship and then to a lighthouse whose beacon has to be rebuilt. Lucia brews the restoration potion, takes it to Egil, uses his runes to slip towards the city and is stopped by a caged boy who wants water.
Chapter 03Groom's Hut
From the city outskirts Lucia trades favours to enter the city unseen, lights the signal fire in the tower and studies the book of the ancients to learn how the resurrection ritual works. She then has a sarcophagus key cast and activated at the altar.
Chapter 04Waterfall
Lucia reaches the temple before dawn with the activated sarcophagus key. She repairs the elevator with the miller's help, prepares a medicinal ointment for a griffin nestling, and the chapter closes with the ritual in the crypt.
Chapter 05 · Bonus storyBonus Chapter
The bonus story explains why Ulf ended up in the witches' hands in the first place. Lucia works through a cave, a lumber camp and a witch fortress, mixing an acid, freeing prisoners and finally breaking the ritual with a ruby key.
